The world is advancing so rapidly but this advancement has ruined man’s mental piece. Nowadays most of the earth’s population is having Depression and Anxiety and the worst part is they don’t even know about their suffering. Somewhere around 280 Million people are victims of Depression.

⦿ Loss of interest in normal life activities like studies, sex, hobbies, etc.

⦿ Feelings like tiredness, sadness, agitation

⦿ Isolation: lack of interest in talking or hanging out with loved ones

2- Past Events:

One of the leading causes of depression and anxiety are the past events. The majority of depressed people have gone through something that ruined their lives. The event has gone but the stigma remains there. Losing job, getting divorced, multiple failures in any aspect of life, and rejection are some of the main events

3- Social Pressure:

Nowadays, social pressure is one of the major causes of depression. everyone is facing social pressures like Earning more, looking more beautiful, and having a luxurious life. Social pressure makes a person think that he is useless to society. This false assumption is one of the leading causes of depression and anxiety in men as well as teens

4- Anti-Socialism:

With the advancement of technology, we are forgetting each other. We spend more time on gadgets than with our loved ones. Not talking or spending time with friends, family, and loved ones is also causing depression. Experiments have proven that people living in villages are less depressed than those living in urban areas.

Abuse on any level—physical, sexual, or emotional—can increase your susceptibility to depression in later life. it becomes stigma
